1. Shipping Coverage

  • We ship nationwide across Pakistan.

  • Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

2. Order Processing & Dispatch

  • Orders are processed & picked for dispatch within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • If we cannot dispatch your order immediately (e.g. due to stock issues), we’ll notify you via email/SMS with an estimated dispatch date.

3. Shipping Charges & Free Shipping

  • Enjoy free delivery on all orders today. If we update our shipping policy or introduce a minimum order for free delivery in the future, the final amount will always be visible at checkout.


4. Delivery Times (Estimated)

  • For major cities (e.g. Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, etc.): delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • For remote areas: delivery may take up to 6–8 business days, depending on courier infrastructure and local conditions.

  • These are estimates — external factors (weather, courier load, holidays) may cause delays.

5. Courier Partners & Tracking

  • We partner with reliable domestic courier services for delivery.

  • Once your order ships, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS so you can follow your package.

  • From the moment we hand over the parcel to courier, tracking — and responsibility for delivery — transfers to them.

6. Cash-on-Delivery (COD) & Payment Methods

  • COD may be offered depending on your delivery area.

  • For COD orders, we may require confirmation/verification before dispatch to avoid fake orders or order cancellations.

7. Delivery Issues, Delays & Failures

  • If you don’t receive your order within the estimated time, contact our support with your order number — we’ll investigate with our courier partner.

  • If delivery fails due to incorrect address, receiver unavailability, or refusal to accept, the parcel will be returned to us. Additional re-delivery charges (if any) will be borne by the customer.

  • We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by the courier, natural events, or acts beyond our control.

8. Order Cancellation & Modifications

  • You may cancel or modify your order only before dispatch.

  • Once the order is shipped, changes or cancellations are not possible; you’ll need to follow our Returns & Refund Policy (if applicable).

9. Returns & Exchanges (If Applicable)

  • If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, report the issue within 2 days of delivery with clear photos/videos and order number.

  • We’ll review and — if valid — offer replacement or refund as per our Returns Policy.
